Image names[edit source]

When uploading images in future, could you make sure their names are prefixed by the relevant game name (or a contraction thereof)? e.g. Jaws.gif -> StH_Jaws.gif. It keeps things a lot more organised, and less prone to collisions. --DrBob (Talk) 16:59, 4 February 2007 (CST)

Yeah, sure. Sorry I didn't think of it before, but I was just trying to get the hang of uploading and working with it all, and not totally screwing it up in the process. I'll make sure to do it in the future though. --Supremesonic 01:59, 5 February 2007 (CST)
I noticed you reuploading the pictures. Can you mark the old ones with the {{delete}} template, and make sure you add all the necessary categories? -- Prod (Talk) 12:34, 5 February 2007 (CST)
Eh? I haven't reuploaded any pictures (Except the one, truthfully) - They're all different to each other. As for marking the categories, I've done that... They're images from Sonic the hedgehog, I can't see what else they'd fall into except (potentially) sprites... Is there something I'm missing? Forgive me, I'm a wiki n00b. Edit: Oooh, wait, I reuploaded more than I thought. My error, I thought I'd only uploaded the ones I was using at the time. <3 --Supremesonic 14:50, 5 February 2007 (CST)
Just make sure they're all in Category:Sprites, Category:Characters (I'm guessing they're characters/enemies), and the game specific category. And don't worry, becoming a wikivet doesn't take too long :P. -- Prod (Talk) 15:00, 5 February 2007 (CST)
All taken aboard, thanks. Now I know... And knowing is half the battle! :D --Supremesonic 15:03, 5 February 2007 (CST)
Personally, I find that knowing is roughly 48.75% of the battle. Roughly. ^_^ Procyon 15:20, 5 February 2007 (CST)

Sonic Badniks name translations[edit source]

You said on the page that the JP signifies names that were translated from Japanese. It's not specified what it is translated into, although it looks like Romanji. If that's all it is, it should be noted as such; so can you clarify that on the page? --Notmyhandle 17:43, 5 February 2007 (CST)

Hehe, these badniks are proving troublesome... Anyway, it took me a while to find those names and work it out, and to be honest I'm not entirely sure if I'm correct, but those names could be in Romanji - It's what you get if you directly translate the pure Japanese words without messing round too much. I might add stuff later considering that - I do know that the "Uni" in some names is apparently the Japanese for Sea Urchin, for instance. Feel free to do it yourself if you think it's right, though... I half wish the see the back of that page now. :-P --Supremesonic 02:20, 6 February 2007 (CST)

Sonic Adventure[edit source]

Just press the Win button....works on the Wii :P. I don't completely understand what you're trying to do, but you might be looking for the Move button (same thing as rename). Oh yea, I'd also recommend you edit the Table of Contents, add the link to the page you want there (so it comes out properly) and just click on the link to edit it. -- Prod (Talk) 14:33, 6 February 2007 (CST)

All those boss fight articles are being put into just one article. The link you followed was to the common article for all the boss fights. For now it has just yours, but soon will have the rest. I edited it to show this. -- Mason11987 (Talk - Contributions) 23:02, 7 February 2007 (CST)
