cs_italy is a hostage rescue map based in an Italian town, with signature winding paths and a marketplace. The objective for the counter-terrorists is to reach the hostage house at the top of the town (it's on a hill), and rescue the hostages. Many players of Counter-Strike: Source feel that chickens should be re-added to the map, after they were removed for the release of Counter-Strike: Source (while being present in the original Counter-Strike).
