- Mission: Lure
- Lung Capacity: 10% or more
- Location: Woozie's office, Chinatown, San Fierro
- Time: 20:00 - 06:00
Walkthrough
After the cutscene, head for the yellow blip near Pier 69. After the cutscene, you will be in the water. Follow the red markers to get out to sea, then head for the boat.
