Powering up

When you begin the game, you start out as an ordinary human. In order to get stronger, you must collect power-up orbs. These orbs are only found when you defeat the glowing silver two-headed wolves. When you defeat a wolf, the orb appears and begins to rise to the top of the screen. You must collect it before it disappears. By collecting an orb, you will rise up through two levels as a human

Regular human to Giant human
A giant human grows a bit in size and strength compared to a regular human. His punches and kicks do more damage, and they are surrounded by an aura.

Giant human to Super human
Super humans are much larger than giant humans, and they are slightly stronger as well. The aura that their punches and kicks leave behind is a bit larger and lasts a bit longer.

Transformations

When you collect a third orb, you will undergo a transformation into some kind of beast. Which beast you transform into depends on the stage you are in. Each beast has their own unique abilities.

Stage 1 - Werewolf Stage 2 - Dragon
  • 2P color: Green
  • Punch: The Werewolf puts his hands together and releases a fireball which travels straight ahead. Has the power of a regular human's punch, but travels very quickly across the screen.
  • Kick: The Werewolf launches forward at a very fast speed, across approximately half of the length of the screen. His body is covered in a force field that damages any enemy that it comes in contact with.
  • 2P color: Gold
  • Punch: Press Punch to exhale a bolt of lightning that travels straight across the screen.
  • Kick: The Dragon's body is covered with an electric field, which shocks and damages any enemy that comes in contact with it.
Stage 3 - Bear Stage 4 - Weretiger
  • 2P color: Blue
  • Punch: The Bear breaths out a small circle slightly bigger than his head. Any enemy that comes in contact with this circle is instantly petrified.
  • Kick: The Bear tucks into a large ball, and sends him very high up in the air. He will damage any enemy that he comes back down and lands on.
  • 2P color: Red
  • Punch: The Tiger launches a projectile that travels up and down in an ever expanding wave.
  • Kick: Pressing kick also turns the Tiger's body into a fast moving weapon, except that the Tiger moves very quickly up and back down.
Stage 5 - Golden Werewolf
  • 2P color: Silver
  • Punch: The Golden Werewolf is just like the original Werewolf from Stage 1, only stronger. Pressing punch continues to make the Werewolf throw a projectile across the screen.
  • Kick: Once again, the kick button launches the werewolf forward, damaging any enemy that comes in contact with him.
