Route 210 is a huge route connecting Celestic Town,Solaceon Town, and Route 215. It has a cafe with some trainers and it sells Moomoo Milk which is a great healing item. At first, the path north and west to Celestic Town will be blocked by a pack of Psyduck suffering from debilitating headaches.
Southern part
When you come out of Solaceon Town head to the right to find a berry patch with 2x Aspear Berries, a Razz Berry, and a Pinap Berry. Use your bike in gear 4 to go up the first mudslide and you will find Jogger Wyatt who will fight you in the morning. Go down the stairs to the right and speak to the lady to get TM51 Roost. Go back down the mudslide and head left to find Rancher Marco. Go up the next mudslide and down the stairs to find Twins Teri & Tia. Continue going up and you will find Pokémon Breeder Kahlil. Above him is a Great Ball. Jump over the ledge to the right and you will find Pokémon Breeder Amber. In the grass below you is a hidden Great Ball and further down is Belle & Pa Ava & Matt. After you face them head back up and go into the Café Cabin.

When done in here head back out and go right to Route 215 as you can't go up due to Psyducks with headaches blocking the road.
