L button L1 button LT button Strong attack modifier. Or a hold button to trigger stronger grapples and strikes.
Neutral control Neutral lstick Neutral lstick Move fighter, also adds variation to strikes and grapple attacks.
R button R1 button RT button Block. Counter by moving your fighter towards your opponent.
Z button R2 button Black button Opponent targeting (multi-character matches only).
Y button Triangle button Y button Punch. Also used in grapple moves and to modify how you reverse grapples in a punch.
X button Circle button B button Run.
A button Cross button A button Grapple/Throw/Pickup.
B button Square button X button Kick. Also use to modify how you reverse grapples in a head butt or a kick.
Neutral cstick Neutral rstick Neutral rstick Taunt/Blaze. After you grapple, move up, down, left or right to release a variation of blazing moves (if you added blazing moves from Rollin's Stapleton Athletics).
