Uniquely, Pokémon Sun and Moon and Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon feature Alolan forms, or regional forms. They are existing Pokémon (all these being from the Kanto region).
These forms replace the original Pokémon in the wild, with a whole new look. They will be used by all trainers, except for the new Sightseer trainer type, which will use their regular forms, instead.
