Welcome to StrategyWiki![edit source]

Hello Nero! Welcome to StrategyWiki. Thank you for your contributions. If you have any questions, just contact a sysop through their talk page or post on the staff lounge, and they'd be happy to help. If you need help editing, check the StrategyWiki Guide. If you have a question about the content on this wiki, you can check out our staff lounge page. If you want to ask questions or hang out in IRC, we're usually around. On the other hand, if you have ideas for StrategyWiki, bring them up on the forums.

Please remember to sign your name on, and only on, talk pages by clicking or using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. When making an edit, proofread your changes at least once by using the preview button below the editing box. Finally, please do your best to always fill in the edit summary field as this helps to document all of your hard work. Feel free to delete this message from your talk page if you like, or keep it for reference. Happy editing! -- najzereT 15:23, 20 August 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Preload buttons[edit source]

Here's what the buttons look like.

Hi, please use the preload buttons located above the edit text box when creating a new page. These buttons will insert the needed templates and formatting for you, which helps keep uniformity across the wiki. — najzereT 15:23, 20 August 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Making edits[edit source]

Hi, you need to proofread your edits and look at them with the "Show preview" button so you can produce a human-readable text. I was just guessing when I cleaned up The Conduit/Match types, but [[The Conduit/Getting online]] was simply unreadable and from what I could piece together, had nothing to do with "Getting online". We're happy to have any information you can provide about a game, but it has to at least be understandable to a reader, or it serves no purpose. Just take your time and give it a read through on future edits. Thanks, — najzereT 15:23, 20 August 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]
